Anyone ibterested in photos of CSX Police MARKED police vehicles better be
quick. Although emergency equipment such as lights and siren will remain, the
federal star and other overt identification markers are now in process of
being removed from many of these vehicles as fast as the 1800 nimber fot yje
PCC center is for reportinh emergencies to railroad.
Currently the vehicles are either navy or silver Explorers with some Jeep
Vherokees in the mix. These vehicles can be titled anywhere in the US and
Special Agents have federal+ authority with basically the same arrest powers
of any peacer officer in his jurisdiction in any jurisdiction that the
railrod has a business interest in. CSX pfficers have direct NCIC access
through the PCC Center. which is manned 24 hours a day.
