Yes. Latest version(s) also support .NET development.

There is or at least was Kylix, which was Delphi for Linux, but I don't
know what's up with that today. It never really took off much, probably
mostly because it was muy expensive and Linux people are / were not yet
used to paying (a lot) for their development tools.

Hehe, it's *the* visual development environment. The new Visual Studio IDE
is trying to be like Delphi in many places, but it's still miles behind, at
least IMO. Delphi is really good for GUI development, and database stuff.
