        That was even a worse offer then the last.... You got to be kidden
        that I would even consider..
        
        I payed $450 12 months go for this modem. And they still sell for
        atleast $300 for this model. Or $250 for the E7 model which has
        no FAX. But mine is the E7F with fax/data external 14k4.

        I'd sooner keep the thing then sell it for that price. Why don't
        you keep your $120 and go buy a Internal Dynalink (cheap) modem.

        I guess the offer is NO!
