Man, do I relate to this.  I remember going into the radiation oncology
ward at a major hospital....and freaking out.  I went to bring moral support
to a friend who was having radiation done, and I hadn't learned how to 
shield yet.  
AFter a few minutes in the atmosphere of fear, I had to leave...go outside,
and wait for my friend there.
