I think always.  I'm an optimistic person by nature.  That's probably one
reason I'm a Republican.  The democraps are the party of doom and gloom.
The your life and the world and especially the USA sucks, but don't worry
we the elitist national democraps have all the answers and can help all of
you to learn to cope with your doom and gloom  (we can't and don't want to
cure your doom and gloom but we will take a bunch of your money, skim off
most of it for ourselves, and give a little back so you think we are trying
to help).
