| subject: | Re: Telstra business rates for BBS` |
-=> Quoting Dave Hatch to All <=- DH> However, at least in my case, what they actually did was to convert DH> the entire establishment to business lines - the mail hub, the DH> no-charge BBS, and my personal dial-out modem line that runs nothing. Disgraceful to say the least! DH> Has anyone else experienced this particular action? Check your bills DH> please? A check on my latest bill revealed that I am still at the same rate as always, I am only a single line BBS though. My money is on this happening to ALL the bigger systems! DH> Yoo-Hoo... anyone else now being charged business rates after having DH> been promised that this would NOT be done? Well, my latest letter stated that any further changes in pricing would only take place after 'consultation' with BBS 'USERS'! These letters vary somewhat and the wording is not that crash hot either Dave. I also notice that each State varies the text of the letter a little, mine came from Joe Budrovich, The W.A. 'Claytons' Customer Service manager - Commercial. I really wonder if he exists as I have tried many many times to ring and speak to him at HIS request, without sucess. Good luck Eddy ... If there's one thing I can't stand, it's intolerance. --- FreeMail 1.10 alpha-3* Origin: Hurricane BBS Walkaway +61-99-261-208 (3:690/410) SEEN-BY: 50/99 620/243 623/630 624/300 640/820 690/115 245 254 354 370 380 SEEN-BY: 690/396 410 416 420 442 500 613 640 650 658 660 676 682 718 750 SEEN-BY: 711/401 409 410 413 430 510 808 809 899 932 934 712/515 713/888 SEEN-BY: 714/906 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 690/410 370 660 711/409 808 809 934 |
