A check on my latest bill revealed that I am still at the same rate
as always, I am only a single line BBS though.  My money is on this
happening to ALL the bigger systems!

Well, my latest letter stated that any further changes in pricing
would only take place after 'consultation' with BBS 'USERS'!  These
letters vary somewhat and the wording is not that crash hot either
Dave.  I also notice that each State varies the text of the letter a
little, mine came from Joe Budrovich, The W.A. 'Claytons' Customer
Service manager - Commercial.  I really wonder if he exists as I have
tried many many times to ring and speak to him at HIS request,
without sucess.
