Weird that you got this message, but not the program. It was in 4 parts,
CSplitted. I wonder if anyone else got it...
Anyway, I perfected a non-recursive solution a day or so later, so I might
post the latest version. It uses a compile-time switch to choose between
simple text output & graphic output using your code.

Traditional Vietnamese music also uses pentatonic scales (and so does
Blues, Jazz and Rock), but I wasn't thinking of that aspect. I originally
suggested pentatonic scales to maximize harmonious combinations.
Since then, I've experimented with diatonic major & minor, as well as
several pentatonic scales, but they all sound odd, since the "music" keeps
returning to the highest notes, rather than the lowest note, as is more
usual with human music. Still, any sound makes the Towers of Hanoi even
more mesmerising than usual.

I have some ANSI menu code that grew out of code that I got from this echo,
but DOS menu systems look rather quaint on an Amiga.
I've been thinking of modifying your Hanoi graphics code a little more. I
want to hide the ANSI-specific stuff & generally make it easier to port and
use a variety of output techniques.
