That is correct.
There are so many different places out there where you can get information on
just about anything thast you can't censor them all.
And it has also been my contention, as it has been yours, that merely knowing
how to commit a crime, or build a bomb does not mean you are going to do it.
I know how to build various types of bombs, but I haven't built any.
I also know how to commit several different crimes in a manner so as not to
get caught.
I haven't done that either.
I also own several firearms, and I haven't shot anyone with them.
At least no one who didn't need shooting. ;-))
(besides, in that instance, it was not MY rifle that I used)
