I run wit gentoo amd64 and it has some thing where mbse could use a better
use for mbse and it could be some better and make for gentoo the latest
version and know some other fido guys there like to have mbse done for use
to work for gentoo gentoo 64-bit there has some bugs for change from husky
to mbse 64-bit, so it will have the better things in it than husky has.
As now has i some problems wih gentoo amd64 2006 there not like to comple
things as it have be and specially for husky.
AI>I find building/upgrading mbse almost as easy as running emerge mbse.
With a use of emerge mbse or mbsebbs it will work to be compiled for gentoo
or other more linux systems instead of just unpack untar the tar.bz2 packs
there emerge wil compile and work for it, and if it then could be use to
put in a nother directroy than just /opt/ like to /home/opt or
/home/(user)/opt so a daily user there runs for mail fido and other daily
doing.
Take care,
Gert
