But you are saying exactly what I said. You were encouraged to be everything
you could be because you were male and your sisters weren't because they would
end up with a man taking care of them. See what I mean?

I did the same thing with my son, gave him a box of condoms and told him he
better use them if he becomes sexually active. DUH!! I'm sure he already
was, but hey, Since he was a working boy from the age of 16 he bought his own
once they ran out a year or so later. As for my girls, I encouraged them to go
on birth control at about the age of 14 or 15 and told them about making the
guy still protect the situation because of the diseases. My ex was furious with
me for telling the girls that because he said I was encouraging them to have
sex. I explained as you said that I was encouraging them to be responsible.

*NOT* your sons. What about the girls who show up for your sons with "that
