What firmware revision/manufacture date (ATI9I4)?  Mine's:

    Series 5  V.34 28800 Modem DFS256K(K)-Z7 V2.61L NetComm Ltd. (C) 1995
    V2.61L Fri Jul 28 11:51:10 1995

It was V2.61C1 when I bought it, only recently upgraded the Flash ROM.  Any
idea of profile settings?  I use AT&F. with the following changes:

    AT L0 &D3 &K9 &T5 \V1
    AT %M1 %U2 #A0 #B1
    AT S0=0 S11=70

Init string is simple "ATZ".  Cheers..
