Eh, as I read it, it is not quite so good news: they have the right to
challenge their detentions, but the gov't has the right (says the Supreme
Court) to indefinitely detain US citizens without charges or trial.

The post had to be updated, because the article changed: the spin was more
positive.  So is the article in the NYT: the WaPo has a little more on the
detention part of it.
