I would imagine that when the terrorists blow up Iraqi police the mil types
take it almost as personally as if they had been attacked themselves. I
don't know what they can do about it but I'm pretty sure they aren't liking
it when it happens.

timing, I don't believe in coincidence. The excuse is that it's all related
to the handover of power but I don't believe that. It's not going to stop
or drop significantly on July 1st.
