if you are using the activestate version of perl just enter ppm at the
prompt (dos or bash)

ppm> query *

will list all the installed modules

if it's a perl you compiled yourself from source then at the prompt (dos or
bash) type:    perldoc perlocal

that will give you a list of modules and a few details of each.
