      Title: Amish Yum-Yum Salad
 Categories: Dairy, Fruits, Nuts, Citrus
      Yield: 8 servings
 
     16 oz Tub whipped topping; thawed
      3 oz Box orange gelatin
     20 oz Can crushed pineapple;
           - drained
     11 oz Can mandarin oranges;
           - drained
      2 c  Miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c  Chopped pecans
 
  Set aside 1 cup whipped topping. Place the remaining
  topping in a large bowl; sprinkle with gelatin and stir
  until combined. Fold in the pineapple, oranges,
  marshmallows and pecans, if desired. Garnish with
  reserved topping and if desired, extra pecans.
