      Title: Green Beans W/Shallots

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 pk (12 ounces) frozen whole
           - green beans
  1 3/4 c  Sliced fresh mushrooms
      2    Shallots, chopped
      1 tb Olive oil
    1/2 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    1/2 ts Dill weed
 
  Cook green beans according to package directions.
  
  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms and
  shallots in oil until tender. Remove from the heat. Add
  the green beans, salt, dill and pepper; toss to coat.
