Quite possibly however the majority is in favour of capital punishment
& was in favour of internment etc. To put it another way....there are a
fair few people in the UK who the police worry about everytime England play
a football match & they are all over inc in the tiniest places e.g.

So the "they're not us so **k em" mentality is still going strong
in the UK.

If you were to poll how many UK people think the French or Spanish or US
  people should have fair trials (in general) then you'd probably get a
