Indeed. We make use of physical design in parliament....e.g. the 2 benches
are 2 swords lengths apart .

However you can say anything including stuff which would be considered
illegal/actionable anywhere else (e.g. slander etc). Calling someone a liar
is generally held to be unparlimentary language.
