The tech they offered to send can test that too. Just make sure the
tech is sent to solve the problem, not swap the modem
Yes, succint, best advice. Comcast swapped modems here, changed all the
numerous splitters, redid exposed inside wiring, all due to a problem in
the feed, or even farther away discovered later.
Without competition from another provicer, I guess it is all cost+. Show
extraordinary service costs this year to justify for the minimal
regulators a rate hike in the next year and for evermore. Nuts to hve 5
hours of service, none of which I paid for, because I could always show
dropped service.
