      Title: Garlic Butter Steak Bites
 Categories: Beef, Chilies, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/8 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
      1 lb Top sirloin steak; diced
      1 tb Olive oil
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
      2 cl Garlic; minced
      2 tb Minced fresh parsley
 
  In a large bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, pepper
  and, if desired, red pepper flakes. Add steak and toss
  to coat.
  
  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add
  steak; cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is
  browned on the edges, 3-4 minutes. Place on a plate
  and set aside.
  
  Add butter to the pan; once melted, add garlic and cook
  1 minute. Add steak bites back to the pan and stir to
  coat. Stir in parsley.
