yes, this is possible... one of my point systems is nothing more than binkd,
hpt, and golded...

not sure what light is needed... it is a pretty standard setup... just like a
bbs except without the bbs... i mean, you only need a mailer to do the
transfers, a tosser to handle the messages, and a reader to read/write with...
