How would they do that?

Why would Saddam for a moment think he is going to get a fair trial in
iraq? Is Iraq a place known for fair trials?

Yes. Allow me to explain. I have said that no WMD are found by election
time then I can't vote for Bush. The logic behind that is while I can
accept mistakes and I can accept that we have to sometimes do things with
people who aren't exactly nice, what i don't have to accept is an
administration that lies to me. You want me to approve going after saddam,
no problem, but don't lie to me to manipulate my opinion.
I can accept a lot of things that I don't like. But I absolutely cannot
accept a secret government, one in which control is not in the hands of the
people. That's one of the big faults with our leaders, they seem to think
we are sheep needing to be led when they should be treating us as owners
needing information to make an intelligent decision on how we want our
country run.
It was the one thing I really liked about Perot, his attitude that the
american people were perfectly capable of handling information and making
decisions.
