Just the usual thing thats seen so often in computing, you only see
a problem with the USR modems when you change the port speed after
using a &W command *AND* you have a modem init string of JUST ATZ.
By definition thats not likely to be that common. BUT it ONLY a USR
modem which will fang your bum in that situation. FOR NO GOOD REASON.
