And this opinion is based on what, precisely?

Both president and prime minister are ex-Ba'ath party - one is a convicted
fraudster and one an admitted liar and CIA stooge.  Repeat down the lines.

Taken both individually and collectively, they're a worse bunch than
Saddam's was.  Replacing them with Saddam would, at the moment, represent a
massive improvement.
