Yes and good that you've changed it - IMHO "&K3" works better

The S42 S register is the "Modem Disconnect Reason" and should be
(set to) 000

I think you misunderstood.  Not all firmware that supports "%U1" supports

"%U2" - if yours does, keep it.

My only comment is that you should probably change "&D0" to
