I don't use Win-OS/2 at all but the way I do it from eCS is to use
SLPR which you can get from www.ecomstation.com. It adds a number of
additional ports which can be configured easily to point to your
network printer. I print to a printer called tprinter which I have set
to the right IP address in my hosts file.
It was a piece of cake to set up three network printers.
