Or wander up to their local Indian, and make the same request. I know a
couple who just came back from a summer touring the west, including the
Grand Canyon. They went to a couple of Indian rezes, and, apparently,
picked up literature to read while there. They came back, telling me
"Did you know that the Navajo don't like to be called Navajo; and
that only the Hopi should make Kachina dolls?" "Yes," I grinned. And
I thought, "It took a tour of the West, and probably a few blunders on a
reservation, but at least they're finally learning something."
