ok i'm running telegard. i have a dialup internet connection. 56k on com2.
i run win98 gold. i need help setting up this thing. i have done it in the
past but can't figure it out for the life of me now. the only diff is
before i was using a bb connection. i can get my logon screen but after
that it's all line noise looking. whats up?
