What health care system?  We don't have one.

If you are concerned about doctors being sued, tell them to stop killing or
maiming people in hospitals. Because the health care people refuse to
reform themselves, the only recourse the victims of malpractice have is
suing the bastards.  Of course the government should have addressed the
problem long ago, but as long as Republicans are in charge, reform will
never happen. Instead people will be prevented from suing. That is reform?
No, it is what Republicans do. They are as disgusting as the health care
"system."
