Unfortunately that won't happen till after most of our civil liberities
have been eroded. There's too much giv internal security stuff tied up in
the war on terror. Lots of interconnected db'es of every person in the free
world can only be justified within the "war on terror".

So given it will take at least 10 years for all the id cards to be issued,
the db'es to be built etc.etc. then expect talks some time after that.

What we have now is a situation which is both usefull & productive to
both sides with the poor civies in the middle.
