No!  That assumes that the terminal issuing the ATZ is about to
suddenly change speed since it knows that it last did an AT&W
at a different speed, and now's the time to change.  Do you
know of any physical terminal that does that?  VT100?  WYSE?
Do you even know of a single comms program that does this?
