subject: Problems using sc32.exe

From: "Stig Rindom"
I have problems configuring tse32.
When I inside e32 change settings and save those settings,
they are saved in a file called tsecfg.dat.
E32 uses this file the next time I use the editor.
But now the problem arise:
If I now try to burn in those changes, so that the changes
reflected in tsecfg.dat is implemented permanently:
  sc32 -b ui\tse.ui
the changes in tsecfg.dat have no effect. E32 seems to be a new
version with attribute-bit set, but using
  fc e32.exe eold.exe
there is no difference (eold.exe is a copy made prior to compiling).
So nothing has been burned into the editor even though sc32
claims that.
And the next time I start e32, the tsecfg.dat is deleted
because it is older than e32.exe.
How can I solve this problem? How can I get tsecfg.dat burned
into the editor?
I did not have those problems in tse 2.5!
