GR was pretty tough on people who knew what Trek was about in
the early going of TNG.
I have heard that GR and Gerrold had a falling out, but I have
never heard specifically about what. I heard a rumor that Gerrold
wanted to establish an openly gay character on the Enterprise, but that
GR and others refused to take things that far. Was the the center of
the problem or what?
