I didn't comment at all on it's reliability, but you posted a quote from
the article that said

when his exact quote was in the article and said a bit more than just the
above. I mean if you are going to comment on his quote, shouldn't you quote
him first then comment instead of quoting someone elses comment about what
he may or may not have said?
