That would seem to be the implication. It's not a new one though. There
have been insinuations about the PlanCon-to-nonPlanCon links for a long
time.

Unfortunately, nobody can nail anything down solid.

Not required. I'm quite sure it's a lost mail problem attributable either
to the backbone, or quite possibly, a missed mail bundle inside our own
coop.

I will keep a closer eye on it, and I'm also monitoring inbound mail from
the backbone to our coop to insure nothing is lost at that link.

We'll see what happens.
