Well shit Gene, who told you the world was fair? In a capitalist society we
ration everything via cost. That's where the motivation to work and earn
more, to improve your skill set, to become more successful, comes from.
It's that motivation that makes things work.

Besides, it's not rationing, it's supply and demand.

No, raising the price of gas via taxes is a self serving approach. Allowing
a free market to determine the price via supply and demand is a completely
