I don't think anything was done in regards to that. If you don't want something
like that to happen, and just stick with MSGID dupe checking, disable the CRC
check for each message base.
I think what was fixed recently was that detected duplicate messages - while
being killed on your local BBS - was still sending on to your links as
"passthrough".. which, wasn't good.. IMO.
