Its says in the code its written by Eric Oman and Martin Pollard.
 
    Copywright 1988,89,90 and has 3COM as a banner.   You can get it
from 1 501 785 5381.
   
     Yeah... If someone stole my code and its says copywright right in the 
code, it should not be distributed.   If they incinerate me some day and you 
find some of my code and it says copywright right in the code, please send it
