Who are these phantom "others" you have in mind?

Although it is unfortunate your wife was misunderstood, I can hardly blame
the other guy for ranting. It does get tiresome listening to right rant
about family
values that usually encompass the bigotry so characteristic of the right.

At that, I suspect the room cleared because they didn't like hearing their
bigotry being ranted against.
