Addendum to above - if your net.acc is so large that it would take 
forever to duplicate it onto a base net.acc, then you could use the 
BACKACC & RESTACC utilities, particularly if you are actually auditing 
all the accesses, and of course 386HPFS is much better at all of that, 
as well as any file access!
