Hi Joan, Hi Garland!
I use ACT! (by Symantec) at work (v 2.something) and find it to be okay. I
used Goldmine (by Goldmine Software, formerly Elan) and I LOVED IT!
For me, contact managers have to handle data quickly and flexibly. I like
the groups feature of Goldmine. The groups feature in ACT is very slow when
trying to add a contact to a group. I also like the linking feature in
Goldmine.
That's my 2 cents. Be seeing ya!
