:)  Nice to catch'm.  What's also nice is when that elusive line noise
you've been hearing, coming and going, the one you expect NEVER to happen
while the techies are even thinking about looking at it, happens on the
line when you call 1100 to report it - only happened to me once, but it
sure worked ..
