 Well as a Sysop, you also get V.terbo and HST, there may not be many
Modems around now with them but for a User its nice to be able to get
a Fast(er) connect...

 Yes, for the FirmWare ONLY, Rockwell bugs STAY :(.. USR's Flashroms are
for the FirmWare and DSP..
