There are quite a few on Hobbes.  Bryan Walker's Alarm Clock seems to be
quite nice(http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/pim/alrmc31e.zip) shareware.

If you are looking for something free, small and simple I have an archive I
can email to you.  I'm not sure if it is good-looking enough for you, but
it does save colors, window size and position, and alarms.
