I've posted this question to the PB forum on CIS, but not much luck.  
I
need to either find code, or write it myself, that can tell if specific files
on a Novell Netware 3.12 network are in use, and if so, by the USER name, and
the CONNECTION number.  I realize there are utilities in existence that do
this, but I need my own code for it.  Anybody know of anything that can help
me?  IMS's QuickNet does not support this feature, by the way.
