JV>How do I make a dial-up only BBS work with telnet? What program do I use?

You need a frontend, such as Argus, Taurus, or Radius...then a program
called dialup-to-telnet -- I have Argus and DialUp-To-Telnet available
at ftp://tbolt.synchro.net/00index.html -- look for the computer BBS
programs file board, then the Synchronet files area. These are what I
use over here. Both are freeware, and run under Windows XP.

You will also need a program such as WinRAR to extract the archives,
and can get that in the archivers file area as WRAR342.EXE from the same
FTP UTL noted above.
