I always depended on Colin's "How to LPR with OS/2" but the link
now seems to
be dead, and Google couldn't find another copy.

I thought I had saved a copy, but can't find that either. (of course)

Perhaps someone has a copy saved or knows where it is still on the Web?

The worst news is that it is (or was) exactly what you're looking for.
