Harvey does raise a good point here. You allude to the "democratic nature"
of the Federation, but I totally fail to see that. There is absolutely no
way a powerful state President, especially one in a state where one of the
NFB training centers is located, could be even challenged, much less
defeated, in an election. She has the job for as long as she wants it, no
matter what happens.
