Wish I could be as consise and intelligent as your postings seem to be.
Have you any thoughts about melatonin and valerian root? The combination
works quite well for me, the only side effect I noticed I cured by 
smaller doses!  Oh shoot, I meant to notice where you were posting from.
Hate to ask a dumb question, where are you from? I will make a note to
