That's what I was going to do for interim solution. 

Don't know what's up with the situation - it's all been AK for a few years, 
then recent;y things changed for some reason or other.

I've been going thru things a little bit at a time for couple weeks now; 
lawn care season kicked in full time now so am busy as a one-armed 
wallpaper hanger, and thanx to Murphy, when I had the time a month and more 
back, I didn't have this problem. 

Anyway, I'll go and relax the rule for now, going to have to go brush back 
up on things. I think it's something @ Comcast - lots of things changed a 
year ago when I moved over from AT&T, much of it not right for my money - 
they won't left me do things like I could with AT&T.
